The Federal EPA has issued an update to the Lead and Copper Rule with compliance required by all public water utilities. Without the Glenwood citizens assistance, alternate means of verifying this information will be necessary, including door-to-door suverys, verification of the line by excavation, and requesting access for line testing by the Utility.
