Town of Glenwood offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

 

Renter Assistance

The Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance (IERA) program is designed to help renter households whose income has been negatively impacted by COVID-19. This incudes up to 12 months of utility assistance for past due balances and late fees. Go online to indianahousingnow.org or call 2-1-1 to find out the eligibility and/or apply.

 

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon to: Town of Glenwood, P.O. Box #205, Glenwood, In 46173. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may use our outside deposit box to drop off your payment at any time that is convenient for you.  We accept  check and  money orders only. This deposit box is located at Town Hall on the south east section of the building. It is well lit in the evenings. Payment must be received by 2:00 PM on the due date to avoid a penalty. 

 

Online Payment with Credit or Debit Card

The Town of Glenwood has partnered with Indiana based payGOV.US to process electronic payments . You may pay via your debit or credit card Visa/ Mastercard by clicking on the link.  There will be a convenience fee of 3% with a minimum of $1.00. This fee is charged by the service provider. You may also add a 'PAYGOVMOBILE APP'from the app store or google pay to make future payments from your phone.
